WHAT TO EXPECT

Close-up of colorful flowers including orange, pink, purple, and white daisies with dark green leaves in sunlight.

A thorough assessment of your health history, lifestyle, values, and goals sets the foundation for a personalized care plan.

HEALTH ASSESSMENT

Looking up at a tall tree with a thick trunk and many branches, some with green leaves, against a clear blue sky.

Blood tests and functional lab work may be used to assess health status, guide treatment decisions, and monitor outcomes.

COMPREHENSIVE TESTING

Shimmering ocean water with sunlight reflections on the surface.

Your treatment plan is thoughtfully designed around your health goals, lifestyle, and habits.

TAILORED TREATMENT PLAN

Your voice matters. Communication is clear and collaborative, with shared decision-making throughout — so you understand the “why” behind each recommendation and feel confident in your care.

COLLABORATIVE CARE

Seven birds flying in the sky amidst clouds during sunset or sunrise.

Your care is flexible and responsive to ensure the approach supports your needs and preferences, rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all approach.

ADAPT AS NEEDED

Sunlight filtering through dense green trees in a forest scene.

The healthcare system can be difficult to navigate. I advocate for you by helping guide decisions, testing, and referrals, while working collaboratively within your healthcare network to ensure your care is integrated and coordinated.

ADVOCACY AND NAVIGATION

Beyond treatment, my role is to guide, and educate — so you feel empowered to make informed decisions that support lasting health and vitality.

EDUCATION & EMPOWERMENT

Follow-up care is where meaningful progress and sustainable habits take shape. As you move toward maintenance, the frequency of your visits will decrease, while support remains available for new concerns, symptom flares, or changes.
